Bighorn Ram on Slickrock - Paint by Numbers Kit

A desert bighorn ram stands in profile on a slickrock ledge, his heavy horns curling in a full spiral against a wall of deep rust sandstone. This Canyonlands National Park scene is painted in the cold shade of early morning. The tawny-brown body is one solid mass, and broad shadow shapes pool beneath his hooves.

The palette stays muted and cool. Browns and slate blues sit beside the warm orange-red cliffs, and the far canyon fades into hazy blue distance. The large, readable color areas blend gradually inside each shape. You will spend a lot of time on the ram's shoulder, where soft tones shift from sunlit tan to shadowed umber, and on the ridged horns.

The kit suits beginners who want a confident subject with clear shapes, and hobbyists who enjoy blending. It also makes a good gift for national park fans and wildlife lovers. Pick up your brush and put this ram on your wall.
