Crow on Snowy Fence Post - Paint by Numbers Kit

One glossy black crow sits on a weathered gray fence post, and its ink-dark feathers are the whole drama of this painting. A violet-blue sheen slides across the folded wing. Around it, a broad plane of pale lavender-white snow stretches toward a low band of muted slate-blue hills.

The daylight is crisp and cold, and soft blue shadows pool in the drifts. Dry golden weed stalks poke through the snow in the foreground, and a rusted strand of barbed wire crosses the post. Those warm tan touches stand out against all the icy blues. The large, legible shapes with graduated color blending make the crow's plumage satisfying to build up, so a numbered reference sheet helps you keep track of the shift from black to blue.

The kit suits beginners who want a bold central subject as well as hobbyists who enjoy working on subtle sheen. It also makes a good gift for bird lovers or anyone who likes quiet winter scenery. Pick up your brush and give this watchful crow its place on the post.
